<p>no i havent attempted any foreign language ever in my life and don’t have it in any parts of my final course plan for the remainder of my community college level</p>
<p>seems my only options are davis and irvine. still contemplating SFSU, thats how desperate i want to be in the bay.</p>

<p>im a poly sci major and with summer already started, fall and spring is only left and we apply here in a few months. in fall i have the final two poly sci pre reqs scheduled and a chemistry course.</p>

<p>i think application is from October to the 30th of November, So do you think its a good idea to apply to haas? in terms of how hard it is to get in. im like having second thought on applying to haas, i just dont wanna get rejected </p>

<p>Overall GPA - 3.8
Prereq GPA - 3.8-3.9 - still need 2 more calculus classes and ewrt 1c.<br>
IGETC- 4 Classes left ( bio, chem, art, spch )
Extracurriculars-nothing really business related but: Swimming/Waterpolo Team,
Swim Instructor/Lifeguard, Piano teaching.</p>
<p>Is igetc like the classes listed on Assist?</p>
<p>I thought HAAS doesn’t recognize IGETC? Also, I think its so stupid that it doesn’t recognize my AP CALCULUS AB credit and I would have to take CALCULUS 1 over again.
BTW if you took AP MACROECONOMICS (and not AP MICROECON) can you at least satisfy half of ECON 1 requirement and take just Microeconomics at CC or would you have to do both anyways? Also I hear how hard it is to get in, but just how hard? Is 3.8+ a competitive GPA for HAAS? The 7 course breadth is not required for admission to HAAS right?</p>
<p>Sorry I don’t know much about the AP thing but 3.8 GPA is good. The entering transfers for Fall 11 had an average GPA of 3.81 GPA so that puts you right in the mix.</p>
<p>And the 7 breadth courses are no longer a requirement for the Fall 12 transfers. So just focus on the pre-reqs and foreign languages.</p>
<p>I’m also trying to transfer from a CCC to Haas. I can’t believe I can finally apply this Fall!</p>

Prereq GPA - 3.9</p>
<p>All As except the English 1A, pretty bumped about it.
All prereqs done except English 1B (taking now)</p>
<p>Breadth requirements finish except one philosophy and bio class.
Foreign Language completed by taking SAT.</p>
<p>ECs - Alpha Gamma Society
Alpha Beta Gamma (Business Society)
Investment Club at school</p>
<p>Working at AMC part time on weekends.</p>
<p>Still thinking of good story for essays.
