On a side note, I finally got my acceptance email to the CoE today.
34 ACT, ranked 1st, a bunch of APs, good ECs/recs/essays. Same old, same old.

when does ross release pre-admit notifications?

First off I would like to say CONGRATZ TO ALL U ACCPETED PEOPLE I WISH I WAS YOU!!!
second off I was deferred with 3.7 gpa IB diploma + 3 AP’s and a 28 ACT which looking at the people who got in … i guess is some what reasonable… I made the first ever business club in my entire school district go to a top 1% high school, I play tennis, i am first high schooler on board for my city’s chamber of commerce and also in the top 15 in volunntering hours. I thought i might get in cuz of IB + the leadership + the volunntering but i guess my gpa and SAT knocked me down… I should have sent them my EE ( for non ibers it is a 25 page thesis paper over a topic mine was comparering techincal analysis with fundamental in choosing stocks) I also did Ross prefered admit, but i really dont know if ill even get accepted… honestly when i read it my heart stop for like 2 mins… but life moves on and i kinda hope they send some rejections cuz if everyone gets atleast a deferred then it hold no value srry to be a debbie downer :frowning: but really guys all u have like30+ act and are really smart so the best of luck!!! and now i pray like crazy to see if i can get in cuz my midyear report is the same as my cum so nothing really changed… damn all those all nighters in IB wasnt it enough… again CONGRATZ TO ALL ACCEPTED PEOPLE YOU DEF DESERVE FEEL PROUD AND GO BLUE…by the way i am form ohio

ohh and i did preferd ross i think ull find out 1 or 2 weeks after the noramly u mich RD decisons are over so like mid to late april

Maybe they are relaeasing in Reverse alphabetical order??? I hAve a 28 ACT. 800 math level 2. Really hope I get in. Good ECS. Amazing essay

People are speculating that decisions are being sent out each day based on decision. This is not the case. In fact, it seems to be completely random. I am pretty much guaranteed to be accepted - not to sound overly confident but trust me - and I have not heard back yet. If you believe there is a trend and are looking for reasons, it is possible that the higher deferred rate yesterday and accepted rate today are based on the difference between IS vs OOS. Who really knows though.

DO NOT RULE YOURSELF OUT, and for those who were saying that if they don’t receive and email today then they were definitely rejected, pick your heads up because that is just false.

Son got accepted. OOS, 3.75(UW), 4.43 W, SAT :2310
