@indorilnerevar yeah I got that too!

@TAKOBE11 I mean what target language did you apply for…

@olasko what’s a target language? I’m lost haha

looooool here in northern california i greet you from home, as school has been cancelled due to… you got it, HEAVY RAIN.

So I emailed Sharla and she said yeah, your financial aid application is complete. And I emailed her back telling her that I was missing the T-4 documents. She responded by saying “oh you should send that too.”

I think this might be a premature sign of rejection. Financial aid decisions should’ve already been made by this time, yet my financial aid application wasn’t even really complete…and she told me my financial aid application was complete when it wasn’t =.=

We’re in the final phase, people. Less than 100 hours remain. Tick tock, tick tock.

@science2015 @TrumpetOne Also applied Biochemistry CAS, thinking about pre-med track. And I’ve looked into the Vagelos Molecular Sciences Program, it seems really science intense and I hear a lot of people drop out due to the vigor.
Any more biochem majors out there? are you guys leaning toward research or medicine career-wise?

Guys stop trying to read in between the lines with all this financial aid stuff. Yes, receiving an email concerning a missing document would be a very good sign. But not receiving one does not mean you got rejected. 4 days to go guys. You’ll know then and not before.

@HvePassion
Who is sharla?

@Remi56783 it’s not about a missing form financial aid email. It’s just that they told me my financial aid application was completed when it was clearly incomplete,

@darthspectrum The financial aid lady.

@Remi56783 Thank you, it’s so annoying that people are trying to find early signs of rejection/acceptance. Just wait until Monday.

@HvePassion People make mistakes. Perhaps the forms you didn’t send were not necessary, but were helpful if you had sent them, which would explain why Sharla didn’t say your application was incomplete.

@MalikBhai Ironically enough, there was a little over 100 hours remaining when you posted that.

@takobe11 didn’t you apply to Huntsman…?

@Kognition I emailed her and asked why my app was marked complete when it was clearly not. She said “oh sorry, my bad I didn’t notice.” I definitely got deferred or rejected.

Just visiting from the Harvard thread, good luck to you all!!

Not fair that all the Ivy’s notifications come out today and we have to wait until Monday :(

I get genuinely queasy thinking about Monday anyone else

@pianogeek Yeah it makes me feel really uneasy as well. I feel even more uneasy for my friend who applied to Harvard, he’s totally qualified and getting his decision in less than an hour, but there’s still that damned ivy uncertainty factor.

Me me me!!!

@Kognition Hahaha. My watch must’ve been forward a few minutes. It was only after posting that I saw the time on the computer.

@pianogeek Oh yes, with Duke and Harvard decisions coming up as well, this college thing is feeling real. Time to bring in the chocolate and tissues.
