Im not going to lie im a little disappointed about the waitlist, but not surprised. i know things will work out for the best and ive been accepted into some other great schools, maybe by some stroke of luck i’ll get taken off the waitlist!</p>

<p>does anyone who was waitlisted see the “button” described on the blog that we’re meant to click if we want to remain on the waitlist? cause i do not… </p>

<p>Yeah, there are two buttons underneath the wait list letter. One says “I WISH TO REMAIN ON THE WAIT LIST” and the other says “I DO NOT WISH TO REMAIN ON THE WAIT LIST.”</p>

<p>Rejected. It was expected as an OOS applying to Mcintire. Can’t say i’m to bummed. Congrats to everyone who got in!</p>
<p>I forgot to mention i was CAS admit, i’d imagine they were alot tougher on you Mcintire folks. Seeing as how I got my Cornell rejection minutes after my UVA acceptance all i’m really waiting on is Gtown and BC. Besides that it looks like i’ll be seeing alot of you in Charlottesville next year!</p>

<p>waitlisted semi-disappointed but happy i didn’t get rejected still optimistic; so can anyone drop some knowledge on how the waitlist works? Is it just that if you are on you have to wait till other people say no to their admissions and then they offer the next person on the list admission? and if so how do you know where you are on the waitlist?</p>
