@oviandhisbros I don’t think anyone else has tried that page, so I don’t know if we can say for sure. Have you tried the transcript trick everyone else is talking about?
@oviandhisbros this means that your result is not loaded. It may take some time to load result
@oviandhisbros When I go to that link it says
you have been offered admission to the Seattle campus of the University of Washington for Autumn quarter 2017.
You will be directed to pay the following charge to complete the enrollment confirmation process:
New Student Enrollment and Orientation Fee (NSEOF): $310
You may only confirm enrollment with one campus. If you anticipate offers from more than one UW campus please consider whether you want to confirm your enrollment at this time.
Did any international student get in?? I’m applying from Singapore
I applied from India and got it but I’m an american citizen
International … got in
@oviandhisbros Based off of what @Callandor is saying, it sounds like you didn’t get in. That really sucks, I’m sorry. Just in case, you might want to see if you get an email from the UW sometime between now and the 31st regarding admissions. You never know, it might just be a technical error.
Is anyone else in the boat where they did UW in High School so they already have a transcript, so they don’t know if they actually got in?
So I had applied for CS but my major is listed as Pre- Science. Does that mean I didn’t get DA CS or does that decision come out later?
Anyone from the Asia got in? Im applying from HK
@Callandor I think it means you didn’t get DA CS. The page for DA CS says “Students offered CSE DA will see Computer Science or Computer Engineering listed as their major. Students who are not offered DA will see pre-engineering or pre-science listed as their major.”
I’m OOS
@oviandhisbros I’m experiencing the same thing as you, but I’m in state. What are your stats, if I may ask?
SAT: 1170
IB Diploma 35
I do the British system and my grades are an A* a few A’s and three Bs
Mine are pretty similar, hopefully what’s happening doesn’t indicate rejection
I got waitlisted for UCSD, surely I won’t be rejected here?
What’s the transcript trick?
That’s really interesting you were waitlisted @ UCSD. I think that does say something about your eligibility at UW.
Transcript didn’t load for me, neither is my enrollment confirmation page showing up. I have bad scores but I was hoping my essays pulled through… I’m not losing hope yet…
Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe the transcript trick is as follows:
When you access your UW Portal, you should see an admissions tab on the left hand side. Click on it, and on the right hand side there should be a link below “After being admitted, Seattle” that says unofficial transcript. If an unofficial transcript loads with a Student ID#, I think that means you’ve been accepted since only accepted students get SID#s.
