You do not get an acceptance e-mail. If accepted, you get an actual letter. @kaylaCollege

@deadroses Hey! Don’t be discouraged. I was accepted with fairly bad stats myself… Applied as a chemistry major, 1260 SAT with a 3.2 GPA (running start), no honors, no AP, and only like 2 extracurricular activities. As long as your essays were pretty strong, I think you have a solid chance 
Was accepted, I applied for Political Science but it says on my unofficial transcript that my major is pre-social science?? idk what that means

That’s actually really encouraging thank you @cathydao! I have a 3.7 weighted GPA but only a 1160 SAT, 3 AP classes and 4 honors courses, out of state from GA, and I have 4 years of Varsity Rowing and church and Red Cross volunteering and I thought my essays were well done. What do you think my chances are?

Someone just called the admissions office and I thought they said that seeing your unofficial transcript isn’t necessarily a guaranteed sign of admission.
