December 10th?!?!?!?!
@aquagirl2015 I believe sc30coach was replying to a post from before about admission stats of males v. females in the engineering field. Dw
@biblegirl666 I guess the assumption is that since they were released the Friday before the 15th the past two years, they will be again this year. Of course, that may or may not be the case, but I don’t think we will receive decisions anyearlier than Friday.
My stomach is actually doing flips.
So, what schools did everyone apply to?
Anyone else apply to Emory and/or Fordham? What about Berkeley?
did you guys choose second choice schools for Vandy or did you only stick to one? I’m so nervous though! I bought a lot of food already to eat as I wait for the decision because binge eating my stress seems like the way to go! We got this only two days left!!
hopefully these next two days go by quickly! maybe idk just really worried
@korimeck The countdown ends on the 11th at 5pm central.
@biblegirl666 I am family friends of a recently retired Vanderbilt admissions officer. He has repeated many times that historically decisions have been released on the Friday prior to the posted date at 5pm. Additionally, he says that Vanderbilt should send out an email in the coming days that will confirm the date.
^hahahaha
@Rittlemethis87 I applied to Fordham and have already received an advanced acceptance to the Rose Hill campus.
I’ve already applied to USC, UW, and Emory, and been accepted to Tulane (: if I don’t get into Vanderbilt though my top choices will be Brown, Harvard, and Stanford
My S applied to Tulane, Emory, USC and Fordham in addition to his #1… ED1 at Vandy!
If I am rejected from Vanderbilt, I will probably apply to Emory too! Is anyone else a girl who is interested in STEM? My prospective major is neuroscience
This is the longest. week. ever.
Will having a cousin who is a junior at Vandy help?
I applied to Fordham and Tulane after Vandy. Mainly because they both were free lol
@hlsidle no, Vanderbilt has said legacy isn’t a factor in the admissions process. Although parental legacies can be a factor in the ED pool, they have more legacies than they do spots in the freshman class.
@biblegirl666 same
@korimeck yes! I want to do biology
Do we think we will get an email today?
@biblegirl666, so were you admitted at either Fordham or Tulane?
