<p>My "school forms" section on the common application website says "This counselor has opted to submit paper school forms. " under each school.</p>
<p>My counselor was an offline provider, and when submitting my application I listed her under "invite" without her email address because I was told to do that by someone on CC.</p>
<p>The counselor's name is listed and my applications went through, but now there is a paragraph under his name telling me to download the secondary school report forms and give them to my counselor. I already did so in late November and he sent the recommendations offline to all my schools.</p>
<p>Will anyone be kind enough to explain why theyre saying this?</p>
