I had my Georgetown interview on October 24th, 10 days ago. I have had so much going on, I forgot about sending a letter or e-mail to my alumna interviewer. I do not know her address, so is it okay to send an e-mail? If so, is it too late??! (I am only her second interviewee, and she said she was really impressed, so I don't think she has forgotten me.)

Absolutely send a thank you note. It’s almost always never too late.

A letter is better than an email. It’s likely that the college admissions office would have her address. Call and ask. And if you can’t find the address after making that effort, send a thank you email. Make it longer than a few sentences. Bring up a bit of the conversation that you shared.

I should add that the interview was pretty informal. She has only done this twice, so it’s not like she’s a super uptight interviewer or anything. She has already sent her recommendation, and she said in the interview that I would get high marks.

Since I’ll never hear from her again, and I have probably faded from her memory, is it even worth it to send an e-mail? I thanked her plenty in the interview, and there’s nothing I would write that would add anything. To be honest, the interview day is really just a blur.

However, I don’t want to be discourteous. What should I do?? Too late or what??

Fogcity made the point- it is never too late. I doubt she has forgotten you.
More likely, she is wondering why she hasn’t heard from you. Alums take this seriously. It doesn’t matter if it’s “a blur” to you.
