One of the questions should be: Which Ohio State University college(s) are you admitted to or enrolled in?
There also might be a question like: In what percentage of your high school class did you graduate?
When you try to edit these questions, it says you can’t because the questions were answered by the school.
So if it says a specific school/percent, I think it means we’ve been admitted? Can someone else verify this?

for me it was locked on 10/28 (the major)
My son’s questions all say last updated 10/28

IT’s just them filling it for you since that’s the major you applied for
