I am an out of state transfer student. I am class of 2015(so coming in as a sophomore)

I am a chemistry major pre-health so studying is a big part of my life with organic chemistry next semester.

I like to have fun, and I know how to. I’d like the perfect mix between smart honors kids and out going people - bottom line is studying is important. I need to stay focused in school so a quieter dorm is more to my liking.

You likely want a south campus dorm. Since you will be a sophomore, you might want to look at the Lane Ave Residence. A lot of sophomores in there.

@susanr64–Lane Avenue isn’t south, it’s about as North as you can get. But yes, anywhere North would probably be good. Get a super double if possible, way easier to study.

The chem labs tend to be closer to North dorms. However, if you are pre-health, you may want to be closer to the Medical Center for work/volunteer/clinical activities. The Medical Center is closer to South dorms. Also, the dorms on South are said to be livlier and some pre-health type classes like Anatomy tend to be closer to South.
