<p>Pierre you are just bloviating again. You dont know anything about any of those schools and the OP didnt state what progams he/she was interested in. If its Veterinary School ultimately, preVet programs, then your list may change. If its engineering in some areas or textile science it might change. Washington State is considerably smaller than any of the other schools and Ohio State, Penn State and Michigan State are enormous schools and that may be a factor for the OP.</p>

<p>haha well he was as vague as possible, if he said pre-vet, Washington State would move up significantly, if he said engineering, Ohio State and Penn State would be at the top and if he said textiles then NC State would move up too.</p>
<p>and I applied to NC State and did research on Penn State so at least I know about those 2 schools.</p>
<p>This definitely depends on your intended areas of study.</p>
<p>Location is also a big deal here. Not only are these schools in different settings; they are also in entirely different parts of the country. If you want to work in the Pacific NW, WSU might deserve more attention. If you prefer the Southeast, NC State might be better.</p>

<p>Well, I haven’t done too much investigation into any of those schools except Penn State, but I personally think that Penn State is AMAZING. Their honors college rivals ivy league schools in prestige, and their football team is amazing.</p>
