OK I know this may sound ridiculous:Cornell or Hobart and William Smith Colleges?

Here is the case: I'm an international student so Cornell(ILR) admitted me but refused to give me any financial assistance although it is clear that I have need. H&WS College, on the other hand, offers me $31,000/year. My parents are willing to pay for Cornell, but it will cost ALL their savings. I'm also admitted by UVa(fc=47,000)/UW(fc=38,000)/Tulane(fc=30,000),but since they are not as prestigious as Cornell and not as cheap as H&WS, I crossed them out first. Now I'm really having a hard time deciding between the two. I know Cornell is much more respected and prestigious, but is it worth the extra $160,000?
(I'm interested in human resources and will probably major in psychology/economics if I don't go to Cornell. I plan to work in US for at least a couple of years after graduation.)

Cornell pros: prestige(especially on the international scale),great and diverse student body, more challenges and opportunities, strong alum network

H&WS pros:low price, less pressure(both financially and academically),closer relationship with faculty, better study abroad programs, relatively strong career services

Thanks for reading:) and any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
