man this is hard. if your credit card reimburses you if fraud takes place, i say go for it.

I've located the same username on Overstock.com, yet he's in Chicago instead of in California on that one...

uh oh...thats not a good thing.

sorry...i said that wrong; he's in chicago, but the laptop you're looking at is in nevada...but the products (even on the page I found that says he's in chicago) are in nevada there too...

my AIM sn is cowakwakie

After a bit of collaborative effort with myk7000, I've concluded that this is infact a scam. I called the guy up and literally told the guy that I'd been scammed before and told him that I didn't want it to happen again. I asked him if his company or he was registered with the Better Business Burea, and he surprisingly hung up on me. After talking to myk7000, I called him back again to get to listen to his little answering machine. Anyway, I'm pretty sure this guy is a scammer. I know that I'm not gonna try to get my laptop from him no matter how cheap it's advertized. It was too good to be true...

Anyways, if you still wish that this was true and want to verify, call him and ask him if he's registered with the BBB and see what he does; let us know what happens!!!

You know what. I was going to tell you earlier dude that this was a damn scam. Thats way to cheap of a price.

hahhahaha awsome work man!

myk...if you want a cheap, but nice, laptop, the Dell E1505 and the 14" HP both are great deals at around $800 with the core duo, 512gb and such...the E1505 can have a nice graphics card if you need that too.

haha....thanks!

Anyways, I'm looking at the Dell XPS laptops...the lowest model looks perfect for me; I do wonder about the quality of their integrated webcams, though...

do not pay with money order! pay with credit card beacause most vredit card companies will refund your money if the product does not arrive and they will go after the person to get their money back.
