i made an activity list after reading acing the college application by michele hernandez. and it said 2-4 page activity list is fine (landscape). so mine's about 3 pages including activities, jobs/internships, and awards. is this WAY too long? i've only submitted 1 application with this list and i'm sending in my early app tomorrow and i'm getting relaly worried if they'll just altogether toss the whole thing out. should i edit it down? a lot of my ecs/internships are unusual so i want to explain them. any thoughts?

from what I've read, 3-4 pages is way too long for a college resume. I'd suggest to at least cut it down to 2 pages at most. Have you had to submit another brief activities list; is this in addition to that? Does the college your applying to mandate this activity list? If so, make sure that you don't send the same info. on both parts of your app. If you'd like, pm me your resume and i can help you shorten it.

i think i'll shorten it down to 2 pages then. um, I gave my interviewer the 3 page copy after our interview. if i send in the 2 page one as the final one, would this create a conflict?

no, i don't think it would create any type of conflict. Your interviewer isn't the one viewing your application and making the final decision anyway.
