Okay, Whoops, This is Really Bad

My horror story (I was really dumb):

I thought I'd sign up for a meal plan.

I went on the meal plan site, entered my onyen, picked my meal plan, pressed 'submit,' thinking that UNC would just put it on my tab to be payed in monthly payments through Tuition Management Systems.

Confirmation letter came up, saying they had just charged my student account for $1,300.

Well, my student account (which I'm not even sure is activated) had approximately $0.00 in it.

I freaked out.

Went on the UNC One Card site looking for a way to clean up my mess, undo transaction, SOMETHING because I didn't want to get charged/arrested because I didn't have $1,300: I suspended my card (used for lost cards, etc).

Now what do I do? I have no idea. NONE. And I'm freaking OUT. Help please!

Relax, the amount will be included in your bill for the semester.

haha yeah relax, your student account = your tuition account.

tuition, meal plans/initial flex plans for food, and books (or anything you buy with them...) will go through that account. Also if you use the med. services that will go through your student account.
