Old Extracurriculars?

I am going to be applying for college during the fall of 2015 (eeepppp) and during the summer of 2013 I worked at a summer camp and volunteered at Teen Court, but I did not continue these activities. So would it be better to just leave them out of my application or should I still include them?

My current extracurricular include:
3 different honor societies (2014- present)
high school ambassador (2013- present)
church summer camp volunteer (2009- present)
singing at a choir (2009- present)
volunteer at church nursery (2014- present)
Chemathon (chemistry) competition (2014)
involvement in my church youth group (2010- present)
planning on doing an internship this summer and plan on working at Tjmaxx (so I don’t have to depend on my parents for money)

If you have room to put them on your app then put them. I don’t really see any way that it could hurt you.

You have a lot of EC’s so it’s really not like it would hurt you to put it on there. If you have room, feel free to put it on there.

I think that the Common App has room for just ten ECs, so you should probably begin with the activities that you have continuously participated in. There is no harm in using past activities, as long as it doesn’t reek of desperation (e.g. entering middle-school activities, or one bake sale you assisted in) for someone who wouldn’t otherwise have anything to list at all.
