<p>Is anyone else having issues obtaining online status?</p>
<p>BW is great with communication, my S recieves an email every 10 days or so but he can’t pull up his status online.</p>

<p>Did you try checking in another browser? Sometimes it is a browser issue… just a thought!</p>
<p>Yes, he checked from home and then I logged in from work to see if that was the cause.</p>

<p>HEY! I’m glad to see (no, actually pay attention to) this post. I tried to check the daughter’s status and there was nothing. Did they say when or if it would become an active feature?</p>
<p>I got an email from them that said they actually don’t have online status, the rep confirmed all his info was on file and he would hear from them in November</p>
