OMG! Can Michigan football get any worse?

No futher comment.

:(

Even as someone rather ambivalent about Michigan, this is just painful to watch

Nothing can save this Michigan team

We went to the game because it was the Parent & Family weekend. I have never been to a U of M game before, but I must say that it truly sucked. They are as bad as the bumbling Lions. The only good football in this state is in East Lansing! The bad weather was a blessing, ending the pain of watching this game early. What is the deal with the offensive line? Seems like Garder is always under pressure. Nuff said…

What a terrible game for your first experience… I have been to so many GREAT games in that stadium. Sorry it was an awful day (weatherwise and team-wise).

Starting over right after The Game, which won’t be one any of us will want to watch. Hope they can save the recruiting class for a coach that can …coach.

We were back at the stadium today for the Big House tour. Very cool. We spent some time in the lockerroom and were able to go through the player tunnel onto the field, toss footballs and take pics between the rain downpours.

It was so quiet being on the field in the empty stadium - highly recommend this tour if you get a chance next year.

Yes, it could be worse. You can be a Cal Bear fan. 36 points given up to Arizona in the 4th quarter…final score: Cal 45, Arizona 49.

…and your team lost to RichRod. Nevertheless, great football and Cal have rarely been synonymous. Michigan without great football is becoming the norm, and no true blue diehard fan is taking it well. By the way, that was a tremendous choke job. :-(

Hey, at least they beat App State.

RJK, both of our teams are memorialized via ShaggyBevo this week:

I saw the big black clouds heading our way and thought we should leave before it got even more painful to watch and we got wet. Good call, stayed dry and got out of AA ahead of the disgusted crowds.

Perhaps this thread should get appended to the “Is Michigan weak in any way?” thread. We didn’t even hang our pennant out last weekend. :((

At this rate, Harbaugh could well be our coach come January!

Which one Alexandre? ;-)

Hairball’s on the list?!
I’d pick John. Jim never looks happy.

Jim. I don’t like his personality. He strikes me as arrogant. But he seems like a good coach. As it stands, it seems like his tenure with the 49rs is in jeopardy, so he may well be looking for alternatives.

^^^I remember when he dissed Michigan’s academics. Not sure if the regents would ever approve of him.

also need replacement for Dave Brandon

Seems like Doug Nuss improved us a grand total of nothing. Or maybe, we would’ve lost to App State, if it hadn’t been for him? Who knows.
