OMG. Urgent Question, please help!

Ok, so I am totally stressed out.
My counselor couldn't upload my transcript, rapport card and other information because the document was to large. So, she decided to send it by post.
But, she will complete my secondary school report online, is this all wrong?
I mean, was she supposed to email it to the universities? I am so confused right now cause I don't want to delay anything or whatever.

Can someone help me? What shall I do now? Do I have to tell her to send it by email? But then the colleged will have

Steven,
There's no problem with the way she handled it. The information she submits by post will be added to your file once it's received and sorted (and this can take a week or two, depending on the size of the college). If it arrives or is sorted after the deadline, that's generally not a problem either. If you're very worried about it, you might drop the Admissions office an email or a phone call alerting them that some of your materials will arrive by post -- but really, this would be for nothing other than your peace of mind.

most students have a # of methods that their paper work comes into a school. The school makes a file in your name and posts things as they arrive. If the school does not have an on line way to check when things arrive--you MUST call after an appropriate # of days --such as one working week and ask if, say, the transcript, has arrived. Trust me--it took 2 phone calls for my S's college to get his transcript filed properly. What should have been a 3 week turn around was an 8 week one and he only called because someone else we knew had a problem.
