<p>I was accepted into the Summer term at FSU and I can't make up my mind, I'm stuck between finding a friend and living in an apartment off-campus, or living on-campus in the dorms. Please help me out, let me know what you think. Thank you.</p>

<p>As a freshmen, it is really nice to live on campus so you really get the full college experience. Many upperclassmen move off campus after their first year.</p>
<p>During the summer, cheap subleases are plentiful if you decide to live in an apartment.</p>

<p>I am beginning Summer Term as well and I'm opting to live on-campus just to complete the "college exerience" I've been anxiously awaiting as an incoming Freshman. :) Living on-campus allows you easier access to school facilities not to mention the various activites that are always going on (or so I've heard on CC). Plus driving my car to and from campus almost daily was not going to be something I was going to enjoy, especially with the heinous job of finding parking at FSU . :-P</p>
<p>I did consider off-campus housing (although just momentarily) simply because of a slightly lower cost. But you must also consider transportation to and from campus. Granted there are plenty of public transportation options, but do you really want to spend your mornings and nights riding a bus home when you could be right there? The answer was no for me but it's all about your own preference.</p>
<p>Don't know how much of my insight was useful but hope you decide soon!</p>
