on resumes

does harvard not prefer to submit resumes?
I'mreally confused about this
in the additonal info in the common app, can't we upload a resume like document?

obviously i'm not going to do a laundry list, I just think it's important to elaborate on several activities and what each positon entails.

can someone clear this up for me?

Both my Ds submitted hard-copy, one-page resumes with their applications.

I submitted a resume and i got in. hope that helps.

thanks guys

How long is too long? I don't have a resume per say, but a sort of chart that explains my highly unorthodox activities in a bit of detail, which is necessary to be able to understand and appreciate it at all.

I just got a reply from harvard saying apprently their system doesn't read uploaded copies?
That's a little strange imo since essays are in uploaded format...

i hope thta's not what he/she meant..

Would you mind posting a copy of the e-mail?

That seems VERY strange.

nevermind I called the Harvard office.
They do. This dude that answered myemail probalbly wasn't clear on the policy

My daughter mailed her resume. (She got in.)

H welcomes supplemental materials. That could be a CD, an art portfolio, documentation of an honor or significant accomplishment, etc., so it could certainly include a (brief) resume.

i didn't send a rezoomeh in.
