One.IU Username problem

Hello, I applied to IU on November 3 or so (didn’t even know about it until it was too late for EA). When I got the “your app is complete email” and set my account up with my student id, it never actually told me what my username would be. So I’ve tried to use my id as my username but that doesn’t work. I even reset my passphrase, went through all the steps, and the only thing they needed was my student id, so I was able to reset it but I still can’t login without a username. Is there any way to find out your username?

Isn’t there a number or an e-mail address you can contact. Look on the IU website for steps to apply and under the setting up your IU account see if there is a contact information link.

Yeah, I would email admissions. Your username is probably some combination of your first and last name. If your name was John Smith, it would probably be something like smithjo if that helps.
