One Month Until Math IIC

I've got a month to study for the Math IIC and Chemistry Subject Tests. I'm enrolled in Calculus and AP Chem, and I'd really like to have the very best prep books out there. If possible could anyone provide the Amazon links. I know Barron's is pretty good for Math IIC, but I'm having a hard time finding the link for it. I'd also like any links to Chemistry subject test prep books as well.

Thank you.

Bump Could anyone please help?

If you're really good in math, don't even bother reviewing for the Math iic exam. I didn't and still got an 800. It's mostly just precalc, geometry and algebra anyways

Well I'd really like a comprehensive review with questions that are similar or maybe slightly harder than those found on the actual test for both Chemistry and Math IIC. Are there any prep books out there that people could recommend?

I suggest the Barrons books for chemistry and math 2c.

Heres the link for math 2c. I know its an old version but its the most up to date version they have.

I have both books and they cover the material very well.

Okay, thank you so much for your response.

Are the Barron's books considered the best for these two subjects?

ah i hate barrons. Its got way too much useless info in it imo. Lots of stuff thats not needed for the subject test.
I personally like princetons better for chemistry

If you do actually study Barron's for Math II, you should be able to get an 800. The sample problems are usually more difficult than the real test (see yesterday), but they get you into the speed and mindset that most say helps them score higher. Barron's packs a ton of practice into the book, which is what you really need for Math II (although I'd prefer some more solving explanations).

Can't help any for Chem unfortunately.

Barrons simply confused me. Consider Meylani. It worked for my brain better than Barrons did. They are of similar difficulty anyway. Plus, 15 practice tests in Meylani's :)

i strongly am against barrons math
even though i did well with it, it has WAY too much superfluous material
I loved spark notes

I really don't like Barron's math IIC book. It's 1000 times harder than the real thing and many of the stuff would never appear on the real sat. Actually none of the math iic practice tests i did is quite like the real thing, but Kaplan's is sorta close.

XD I recommend Kaplan's for both math iic and chem. Princeton Review's chem seems to be a bit easy.

If you are pretty good with math, you don't need to spend much time to study it. Math IIC is really easy. They test only the most basic stuff and you can still get 800 even if you get 3 questions wrong.

I did Kaplan before and it didn't do me that much good. PR is pretty accurate usually. Use that in conjunction with Meylani or something just as hard.
