Does the Online Status Checker work for anyone? I used my SSN and the Albany ID provided on the letter, but it keeps on telling me invalid ID.

It works for me... This is probably stupid to say, but are you putting your SSN in the ID # box and vice versa?

Nope, everything is in the correct box. I tried emailing them but they never responded. Maybe I'll try calling them in the afternoon.

They ask for the Application Number as an alternative to the SSN. Where can you find the Application Number?

Hmmmm that's weird. I just checked and the only way I got the Application Number is by checking my application status... Don't know what you should do. They have responded to all of the emails I have sent :S

I tried emailing them several times, but they won't answer my emails. Perhaps I'll give it another shot.

Did you finally get it to work? If so, I have a question about it haha. It still says that my SAT/ACT scores haven't been received, but my counselor sent everything in like one month ago. Don't know if it's just a glitch or something...

Yeah I called them and worked it out. When I log in for the status checker it tells me that my application is complete and will be reviewed. I would try calling the admissions office to check on the status of your SAT/ACT scores. Many times they have it, but take awhile to process it online.

Gosh darn it... Did you send your scores directly from college board? Or were they just on your transcript or something?

I sent it via collegeboard and I believe collegeboard sent it via the internet (that way it's almost guarantee that it will get there).
