<p>I have not turned in part 1 of the application and since i have turned it in, I cant start part 2. Is there a limit on how long the essays for each section has to be? I need to know so I can start working on the essays already.</p>
<p>yes; the long essay allows for 500 words or 5000 characters, the "Why Brown?" allows for 1,500 characters, and "Who interested you in Brown?" allows 500 characters (spaces included). The activities and interests part is up to you.</p>
