<p>I'm looking to beef up my college application with extra AP classes, which I'll take online. If anyone knows of any online venues that offer these courses please let me know, and if you took the class tell me how it went.</p>

<p>I self studied for AP Comp Gov and got a 5, but I didn’t use an online course. I can recommend you a book for you, if that’s ok.</p>
<p>I took an online class for APUSH over the summer to satisfy a graduation requirement. I can’t say it was that great…I could never get in contact with my instructor, and it had this system where they had to enter the grade for the previous assignment before you could even look at the next one. Lots of writing, and I didn’t get to finish by my school’s deadline because of the grading thing (I still got credit for it though, thank you guidance counsellors). But an online course probably returns what you put into it…at least I learned enough to pass my school’s final exam. But I didn’t take the AP test…there was no way I’d be prepared. </p>
<p>Pumpkinpatch35, what online APUSH did you take? Were you able to find a site that compared different online options?</p>
