Online CC degree or Cosmetology?

<p>I'm having trouble making up my mind. I'd major in Business or perhaps English/Liberal Arts. Or, should I do Cosmetology classes which last about a year? I don't enjoy school very much, and with online, motivation can be hard to muster.</p>

<p>I really enjoy makeup/hair/beauty, and I think I might be able to get a job easier after I'm certified.</p>

<p>What do you think? Any advice?</p>

<p>If you like the beauty business, it is entirely OK to prepare for a career in that field. You can go back to school in something else later on if you want to. But do sit down with some people who are working in beauty and find out what the job actually entails. That way you will know what you are committing to.</p>
