Are there any online courses that a college like MIT or CMU would accept? I’m taking AP Calc AB and need a course for AP Calculus C, Linear Algebra, and Differential Equations. I’m in high school.

I’d recommend CTYOnline (I’m taking AP Calculus C from them currently, and I remember seeing classes like Group Theory on their course list), although you really should know that MIT has very particular policies on accepting college credit for high school courses (or any courses).
So far as I can see, MIT only accepts Calc BC credit if you get a 5 on the AP test; other than that, it doesn’t matter much what course you take.
However, MIT lets you skip at least some classes by taking an Advanced Standing Exam. I can’t recall whether this gives you credit for the class or not, but it does let you place out of classes you’ve covered. Pick courses for content and rigor (and make sure your high school accepts it)!
