Does anyone know how time consuming they are? (www.foothill.edu)

I was approved to take 2 for credit and I'm debating whether I should do a 3rd.

If you are motivated they really don't take that long. Just do not fall behind at the work and have everything backed up at the end of the semester. I took an independent study class, put everything off until the last minute, and ended up having to do the whole course in three days.

It would depend on the topic of the class, your previous knowledge of it, the instructor, how well organized you are, etc. The organization is the most important thing though. With online classes it can be easy to forget things. Don't. Write them down. I've taken three online classes thus far in my college career. Other than the organization which was a challenge in all of them, they've varied in difficulty from pretty easy to extremely time consuming (several hours a day, seven days a week). My classes weren't at foothill but I think these things would still hold.
