Last year, I chose to take an astronomy course online through Virtual High School because the elective that I wanted didn't fit in my schedule. This year, it looks like I'll need to take AP English Literature online because it conflicts with another class.

My question is will colleges look at this as a sign of me taking initiative and continuing to challenge myself and take the most rigorous schedule possible (the astro class was honors level, I got honors credit for it on my transcript and will get AP credit for the English class next year)? Or does it not matter all that much?
