Does anyone know where I can order single flowers (roses, tulips...) online? I don't want an entire bouquet, just single flowers...

stalker...

Thanks... I am just trying to be nice to a few people on a college student's budget...

Why not pick them someplace for free and send 'em w/o return address?

Ohh, you guys misunderstood me.

I don't want to have the flowers mailed to someone anonymously. I want to have them mailed to myself and give them to people in person.

My problem is just that I have no idea how to get flowers in the first place because my college is in the middle of nowhere... there are no floral shops, no wild flowers and not even residential areas (besides our dorms, that is) around...

There isn't a grocery store near you that sells flowers?

Buying flowers online is expensive, and the price of shipping/delivery is even worse. (FTD.COM - Send flowers, roses & unique gift baskets online. Same day flower delivery by florists., www.1800flowers.com). If you want just ONE flower - the cost of delivery would be more than the flower - not worth it at all. I don't even think they will deliver just ONE flower. The only reason to buy flowers online is if the person you are buying them for is in a different state.

Go to a store and buy the flowers. It'll be cheaper (no shipping) the flowers will be fresher, and it'll mean more to the person that you went down to the flower store or wherever.
