<p>Wouldn’t you just go the your nearest FTD florist and they will have it sent by a place in the FTD system that delivers there?</p>
<p>Lefty, I think dealing with actual local florist, you do better. I found one online by searching florists near the zip code. Talked to the owner, confirmed he delivers to Fordham, and asked him what he had that looked nice.</p>

<p>Just wondering, do you mean you do better price-wise, or they have nicer arrangements? I’ve only sent flowers long distance a couple of times, and have always done the FTD thing. I guess that isn’t the best way.</p>
<p>Lefty I think you do better on price and quality. I searched florists by zip code. You can talk to the actual florist and find out what looks good that day.</p>
