<p>Whenever I establish a VPN connection to Brown library to access the online journals and ebooks, my internet gets very slow after 10-20 minutes. The problem disappears when I disconnect from the VPN.</p>
<p>Is anyone experiencing the same problem?</p>

<p>The issue is with your ISP, not the VPN network.</p>

<p>More important than the library is access to SFX holdings, etc. Web of Science will work, Google Scholar will have, "Find it @ Brown" links, JSTOR, etc etc etc.</p>
