Online Lit/Lang/Gov

Hi everyone.

I’m currently a junior. I am not really a English/History person, and I have never excelled in any of my past humanities courses. My school forces everyone to take either AP Lit or Lang and AP Gov (so either Lit or Lang but everyone needs to take Gov) during senior year. I’m also involved in various extracurriculars, hence, I am thinking of taking AP Lang and Gov online (we are allowed two online courses).

Has anyone taken these courses online and be willing to share their experiences? Obviously it varies depending on the class but how much work can one expect and how difficult is all of it?

Would you be taking them during the school year? 0/10 would not recommend.

I took AP Lang online last year but the curriculum was super easy. I ended up doing most of the work the last week or so of the semester. I’m taking AP Lit online this year and it’s a whole other story. So much work and reading!
