Online Pre-Cal Course?

Let nee start with some backstory. I'm currently a sophomore in high school, and I am taking Honors Algebra II. Last year, when I was developing my track for the next four years at this competitive college preparatory high school, my advisor convinced me to take Geometry as my freshman math class. What I didn't know is that the decision to place myself in geometry put me a full year behind my classmates as far as math level. I don't know why it was suggested that I do this to myself, since I'm not a poor student and my middle school grades were pretty great. While I enjoy math, and find it very useful since I plan to be an engineer, I am now struggling to deal with some feelings of inferiority because of my relatively low placement class-wise. This year, the majority of my friends are taking Honors Pre-Calculus and frankly I'm feeling left behind. It's beginning to affect me mentally and make me worry about things like "Can I get into a good college with such low classes?" Etc.

To fix this, I am considering taking a Pre-Calculus course online or at some kind of camp during the summer, so that I can enter Junior year on even footing with my classmates. Is this a good idea, or should I just stick with the hand I've been dealt? Also, does anyone know of any good programs for this either online or in the Atlanta, GA area?
