online vs paper recs. help asap.

<p>i'm sending in my applications this week... but one of my teachers that i had write my letters of rec already submitted my letter via online. </p>

<p>does it matter that all of my other teachers are sending in my letters via paper? also, does it matter if colleges get my letter of rec before they get my application? or, does commonapp not even send in letters of rec until you send in your application?</p>

<p>You will be fine. The colleges are used to getting parts of the application in pieces. They will start a file for you as soon as they get anything. Also, it won't matter whether they get letters on line or through the mail. Remember, the colleges are looking to admit people, not to deny them. They are not going to hold things against you over which you have no control.</p>
