I am graduating a year early and will not have time to take that 3rd year of Spanish. How badly will this hurt my chances of getting into a good college? (I'm looking at Rochester, Case Western, and if I get lucky, Ivy League) I've also taken 7 years of Chinese outside of school. Will this count for anything? Furthermore, I did take French for two years back in Canada in 4th and 5th grade...

Chinese school will not count since the credit will not transfer to your hs transcript.
Take 3rd year Spanish at a community college after school.
You’ve taken a 4th year of English?

I can try to take Spanish III online or as you said, at a community college, but I’m not sure if it’s possible time wise.
And yes, I’m doubling up on English this year

You should have been taking Spanish 2 at the cc last spring and this summer and Spanish 3 your last year of hs.
