I took the SAT for the third and final time in October, and just had them send all of my scores(including the previous two) to my colleges then. College boards shows that all the scores were sent on October 28th, but only one of the 3 colleges I am applying to received the scores, and they did on the 28th. Should I contact college board or my schools? Or is this normal and I should be a little more patient?

I would likely wait a little more. Usually in your situation, the scores have been sent by College Board and already received by the college. However, once that receipt occurs, colleges vary as to the length of time it takes, anywhere from a day to two weeks, to show receipt in your online application file
