My orientation date is tomorrow (University Scholars) and I haven't had my immunization forms sent in yet. I didn't realize it was necessary due from the way the Health Services hold was worded, though in retrospect I really should have stayed on top of this more.

What should I do? Can I still go to orientation and just get it in as fast as possible? Is my registration going to be cancelled? I'm really freaking out about this now.

I saw a thread just now from '09, posted by someone with the same problem.

Another user replied, explaining that at his orientation, there was a long line of people who had forgotten their health forms (a line in which he too was standing). He said that they make you sign a form acknowledging that if you do not hand in your health forms, that there will be problems with your admission.

I think that it’s more of a good suggestion rather than a set-in-stone deadline. That is, if what was stated in that thread is still the case two years later. I imagine it would be.

EDIT: …And if I had read the rest of your post, I’d have known that you already went to orientation and had figured this out for yourself.
