Does anyone know OOS admission statistics here?? I’m from Massachusetts have a 4.3 W, 3.75 UW GPA and 1970 (750M, 630CR, 590W), and many many good EC’s and was just wondering if i have a chance of getting in

You are a bit on the lower side, but I think you still have a chance! UC Berkeley uses a holistic approach in the admissions process, so essays and ECs are really important.
