OOS transfer chances?

I’m hoping to transfer into the economics program.

College GPA: 3.4
Credits:68 (give or take a couple)
SAT/ACT: Not submitting
Deans list 1x

EC/Clubs:
President of Young Americans for Liberty
Member of Gay-Straight Alliance
Member of Students for Liberty
Varsity Ice Hockey Goalie (Placed top goalie in the state multiple seasons) with numerous state and national awards
Member of Student Economist Union
(There are less than ten clubs at my college)

Outside of School:
I volunteered on the Rand Paul presidential campaign
I am volunteering with the Austin Petersen for Senate campaign
I’m a freelancer that has worked with multiple start-up companies(thought I’d throw this out there)

LOR:
Public Speaking Prof.
Austin Petersen
Possibly Economics Prof

I also have quite a few W’s on my transcripts, but I had medical reasoning which I made sure to point out and explain on my Common App application. I feel like my GPA will hurt me, but I’m hoping my EC’s and Outside EC’s can make up for some of it. I’m coming from a Florida state college with over 60 credits and will have my associate’s. Is there anything you guy would recommend to make my application more desirable and stand out? Thanks!

Not a good chance. GPA is far too low especially for OOS. There are some instate that get rejected with 3.4s.
