I'm a current sophomore at a public university in the Midwest and interested in tranferring to UVA next fall. I've done some research and am extremely interested in the 5 year MPP program, which is part of the reason I want to transfer. I'm just wondering what my chances are of being admitted to UVA and whether coming in as a transfer student would hurt my chances of being accepted to the MPP program later (which I would have to apply to at the end of my junior year). Any advice is appreciated.
