<p>USC doesn't care whether you're in state or out of state. For an OOS person to get into UCLA or Cal, they'd need very high stats (especially GPA).</p>
<p>For UCB/UCLA out of state: </p>
<p>Unweighted GPA: ~3.86
Weighted GPA: ~4.32
SAT I: ~2060
SAT II: ~730/730
Honors/AP/IB semesters: ~20</p>
<p>I don't think a 2060 would do it for an OOS applicant--seems more like an an In State average that you cited.</p>
<p>flopsy, 20 HL/IB/AP semesters, does that count senior year? It's nearly impossible to get that many in just 10th and 11th; most schools don't offer that many anyway.</p>
