Opinions and chances?

Hi, I'm new to the forum, so please excuse me if I posted this at the wrong place, or in wrong format etc.

I'm currently a Junior in High School, and I have a few dream schools in mind. I always wonder if I could fulfill these goals of mine, but I'm never so sure. Dream schools of mine would be UC Berkeley, Yale, Stanford, Harvard, NYU, University of Chicago and a few more.

I moved to the state I am currently in (CA) the summer of my freshman year, leaving my family in my country. I am 100% Turkish.

I have a few events in my past, so I am only going to say I already knew English fluently at the time. I took standard classes in my freshman year (Algebra 1, English 1, Integrated Science, PE-1, Study Skills/Geography, French 1)

Overall grades of Freshman year

Algebra 1 (Both semesters: B)
PE 1 (Both semesters: A)
English 1 (First semester A, second semester B)
French 1 (Both semesters: A)
Integrated Science (Both Semesters: A)
Study Skills/Geography (Both semesters: A)

Overall freshman year GPA: 3.7

Clubs I was in: Friday Night Live: a club about being against underage smoking and drinking, I participated in voluntary work like cleaning parks from cigarette butts, and I have a couple of certificates I gained from this.
Anti-Bullying Club: self explanatory, also participated in being an actor in a theater show. That kind of helped me gain some popularity at the time.

Sophomore year I took Geometry, World History, Biology, English 2, French 3, PE-2

Geometry (First S.: A, Second S.: B)
World History (Both S.: A)
Biology (Both S.: B)
French 3 (Long story short, teacher mistakenly marked my second semester as B in the very last minute. It's supposed to be A's both semester)
PE-2 (Both S.: A)
English 2: (First S.: A, 2nd S.: B)

Overall GPA: Supposed to be 3.7

I was in the school's Cross Country Team, and in Varsity Swimming Team. Clubs I was in was Anti-Bullying Club.

I also joined the school's Bio-Technology Academy, and have a certificate for participation.

Junior Year (The Present):

Taking English 3, Algebra 2, French 3 (IB Class, "advanced" class), Theater SL (Standard Level) IB, Biotechnology, US History

First semester: 3 A's (Eng3, TheatreIBSL, US History), and the rest are B's.

First semester GPA: 3.5

This year I will only be in Varsity Swimming, and the clubs I'm in: Chess Club, Guitar Appreciation Society, Anti-Bullying Club, Project Podcast (a podcast show me and my friends do for fun), and I also attend an Improv club-thing on Friday's during lunch, where we act improvisation games and such.

I'm in Bio-Technology Academy still, though i've had thoughts about leaving it though.

What i know for sure is I'll be in Varsity Swimming my Senior year as well, so yeah.

I took the PSAT in my Junior year, and I received a score of 1350. I look to take the original sometime this spring, along with the ACT, and in my senior year possibly retake both and take two SAT Subject Tests (Literature and Math Level 1).

I will be getting a couple of more certificates from Bio-Tech, and an IB Certificate for taking 2 years of IB Theater (SL and HL)

so, thoughts? Do i have a chance in these schools? What do I need to do next? etc.

thanks for reading btw

edit: I'm also a first generation kid, if that helps with anything.

Try to think of some safety schools when you are applying. PSAT score of 135 is actually really low where the schools that you want to go to has the average of 220. Your GPA is also kinda low. I would say that all of these colleges are reaches.

You still have time to take the SAT’s and AP’s classes. Work hard and believe in yourself. If you do, anything can happen

thanks for the comment Hawkace, what about Santa Clara Uni? I forgot to add that to the original post.
