Opportunities At Duke (vs. Brown)

Okay so I'm completely STUCK between choosing one of these schools. I've kind of given up looking at other factors since I've visited both, and love both schools equally. I want to choose the one that will be best for my career and success in the future. Which school has better job recruiting, grad school placement (specifically Law School), internship opportunities, and employer prestige etc.

If at Duke, I'd probably major in Political Science (or Public Policy) and Economics while minoring in International Relations and getting a Certificate in something else. If I went to Brown, I'd double major in Political Science and Business.

Both schools are very good and are going to be pretty equal in the eyes of an employer. One might favor Duke slightly more, one may favor Brown slightly more, but these are pretty comparable schools.

Duke’s school spirit and unity is a big thing. In terms of social life, there is some greek life, and then selective living groups (shared interests such as entrepreneurship, international heritage, interaction with faculty, having a good time, etc) along with independent houses.

Both are extremely similar academically and in the eyes of employers and grad schools.
