Opportunity to Change Schools. Better Academic Option?

Hey guys, i have the opportunity to change schools for my junior and senior year. I'm wondering what you guys think is the best academic option. Heres my mock-schedules for junior and senior year.

In your opinion, what is the better academic option? I want to go into Engineering.

Also, I would be taking AP Stats Senior year at my current school (Have to get in the requirements to graduate).

I think your current school is at higher academic level already

Thanks for your opinion. At first my current school wasn’t academic at all(Hence why I looked into the other school), but I pushed the administration to let me take college classes. Now it’s a hard decision. The other school is for “gifted” kids(Though i’m having some doubts about that) by the way.

Talk to people who go there, if you can. AP courses with a good teacher and smart peers > AP course taught by uninterested teacher who can’t cover the whole curriculum because your fellow classmates can’t keep up.

Both those courseloads sound pretty intense to me.

It’s not just about the curriculum itself; it’s about the other students. Go where your classmates will challenge you.

I dont think classmates will challenge me at either school :(
