<p>So I'm heavily involved in Bharatanatyam dance, which is like this Indian classical dance. But I'm not sure if I should include that in the application since it seems like they want more "judgeable" art forms like piano music, and acting and like "american-style art forms". Idk, should I include stuff about my dancing or is it a waste of time?</p>
<p>Do include it. 
Princeton is looking for what makes you distinctive, not what you have in common with all the other applicants. I think that what you have to offer will be a breath of fresh air for admissions officers all but bored-to-a-coma with “american-style art forms”.
And talking about anything you’re heavily involved in is never a waste of time on your college application. :)</p>
