<p>The optional report is just that, a truly optional and not required report. It is usable for changes or updates to previously provided information. The mid year report is for sending your fall term grades, generally not until late December or January. It may or may not be required for your schools, depending on whether you are applying rolling, early or regular. Final report is sent with your graduating transcript after you finish high school and is sent only to the one school where you matriculate.</p>
