Options after dropping out of graduate school

I'm in graduate school right now. I've been dealing with personal issues all year, PTSD from having cancer 7 years ago, worrying about a sick parent and going home frequently, and I'm also not 100% sure this is the right profession for me. Both of the issues are mostly taken care of I think. I did very well in undergrad. In fact, well enough to get into good grad schools, but I'm not working to my potential here. I might get on academic probation. I have no way of knowing if it's because of the issues or I'm just not capable of working at this level. If I would leave and decide to apply professional schools in the future, would my performance here undo my performance as an undergrad? Will I be seen as unstable or fickle despite finishing an undergrad degree in 4 years with high GPA and without changing my major?

No.

Lots of people drop out of grad school and decide it’s not for them.
